What's new

More & more Chinese travel to Japan, just buy buy buy ! Shoping can't stop ...

@TaiShang @cnleio @IR-TR ,

Gentlemen,

They say that in the coming year of 2015-2016 there will be over 50-100 million Chinese nationals traveling abroad. Just this past 2014 alone, there were over 2.5 million Taiwanese, and over 2.2 million Mainlanders who came to Japan -- that is a combined 4.7 Million Chinese tourists visiting Japan. We expect this number to increase by another 20-30 percent as new contractual agreements are made to enable direct flights between Taipei to Tokyo, Ningbo to Tokyo, Beijing to Tokyo, Harbin to Nagoya, Guangzhou to Chiba, Shanghai to Tokyo.

In fact the Japanese real estate sector is growing and prices are increasing thanks in part to the new Chinese home owners who are purchasing Japanese properties in droves ! So who can even deny the positive contribution the Chinese have on Japan's economy and society as a whole? I don't think its deniable, and I think this will only continue as the two countries normalize relations -- and work around any minor , inconsequential disagreements in the political and geopolitical realm.

Here is to further integration of Nippon and Zhongguo !.

When in China, you always see at least one television channel with a movie of the war with Japan, that's all part of a government policy to promote hate towards Japan as a part of a policy that promotes nationalism for their own narrow self serving motives that are all about preserving themselves in power.

Chinese tourists going to Japan vote with their feet for a different type of relationship and by going there, they get to see what Japan and Japanese are all about, which is different than what the official government propaganda portraits and when they go back home, they share that experience and that understanding.

This is a very good development.

After shopping in Japan, Chinese looks very happy

Hey, cnielo man, sorry, 1 quick off topic question. Do you know any service shop in the Shenzhen / Dongguan area that offers 3D scanning and 3D printing services per chance? I need to take an object, get it 3D scanned and 3D printed in a different size. Thanks.

The average Chinese with more money than cents (sense) lol
Today young Chinese learn smarter ... we carrying UnionPay cards or Visa cards (in foreign) more than cash in wallet. For example, one of my personal UnionPay (and Visa) card has max 20,000 RMB credits ... enough to pay for purchasing. The most credits UnionPay bank card i ever saw is max 100,000 RMB credits ... pity not me other's.

Bro that's what we live about Chinese buyers! Many of them don't even use credit cards , a lot being cold hard cash! Seriously, the wealthy Chinese who live in my city -- Sapporo -- they always carry cash either in Yen or Dollars. I think that's a Chinese trait yea? The aversion to go into debt...better to buy in Cash.

Older Chinese like hard cash, but more and more young Chinese like UnionPay bank card. Especially most young Chinese love online shopping, as far as i see almost all young ppl has their own UnionPay cards.

Trade is different with Politics, both r different systems.
  1. Chinese ppl travel to Japan coz Japan is really a good place to visit
  2. Chinese ppl shopping in Japan coz they have enough money & Japan really selling good products with cheaper price than sold in China (Tax Free).
If without above 2x reasons, Chinese won't go Japan. Nobody hate the money, Chinese not, Japanese not too. Sino-Japan trade continue growing up, coz both sides get benefits from it ... the booming bilateral trades can change the relationship between China and Japan, yes it is !

BTW Japan's 1st biggest foreign trade partner is CHINA, 2nd U.S ! China's 1st biggest foreign trade partner is U.S.

Below 2012 old news ... now 2015 China still is the largest trading partner for Japan
China becomes Japan's largest trading partner for five consecutive years

Tomorrow back to my office, i will give u a suggestion ... btw what size of the object u need 3D scanned & printed, very big or small ? Different size objects need using different 3D scanners and here different prices, and u just require for the 3D scanned data or need 3D company to provide ultimate 3D printed product ?

The most important thing u lacked, what kind of material u wanna 3D printed ? Alloy Metal or PE Plastic ???
