The Indian Army could not even tend to their heavily wounded soldiers at Galwan until the next day ... really speaks volumes about the state of the logistics there. Chinese casualties would be in the tens of the millions while Indian casualties would probably be close to a billion. In short, China might be set back by 10 to 20 years but India would be set back to the stone age (quite literally). Both sides will most likely use up their nuclear arms to completion; the only problem is most of the Indian ones will have been intercepted before they even hit their targets. After all, you are talking about nuclear war between a state-of-the-art nuclear arsenal and a vintage 1960s Cold War arsenal. A North Korean nuclear attack on China would be far more devastating.

It's just extremely funny how he thinks a nuclear war with China would only setback India 10 years. Does he really think China would just lob a couple nukes and be satisfied? If there is nuclear war, it will be full and comprehensive ... every single major Indian city will be hit, not to mention key military facilities/strategic areas and the surrounding countryside (even the Adaman and Nicobar Islands would be targeted). As I said before, this would set India back to the Stone Age (or even before that). The sad thing is South Asia would be uninhabitable after the war is over so heaven forbid nuclear war break out.
