It's just extremely funny how he thinks a nuclear war with China would only setback India 10 years. Does he really think China would just lob a couple nukes and be satisfied? If there is nuclear war, it will be full and comprehensive ... every single major Indian city will be hit, not to mention key military facilities/strategic areas and the surrounding countryside (even the Adaman and Nicobar Islands would be targeted). As I said before, this would set India back to the Stone Age (or even before that). The sad thing is South Asia would be uninhabitable after the war is over so heaven forbid nuclear war break out.

As I said numerous times already, India's nuclear warhead and missile technology is most similar to a late 50s/early 60s Cold War arsenal. They can't even get an IRBM right, let alone an ICBM (nor do they have a proven thermonuclear warhead design). IMO, they're at least two decades behind the North Koreans in this regard, which is shocking given how well India is funded.
