What is the criteria of this ranking?

There is no such ranking, it's SEO, with some efforts anyone or a group can manipulate the search results. Companies do it to bring their websites, positive reviews and articles, products, etc. on top of the search results, and some idiots with plenty of useless time might do it for stupid reasons.

At least I won't mind Modi or someone like him ruling India as far as peace prospects are concerned: It will be someone like Modi-Musharraf rather than a Manmohan-Musharraf understanding which will be palatable to large segments in both countries.

I don't think Modi is stupid at all. For a Chai Wala to rise to PM ship it requires a lot of cleverness, maneuvering, and grit in the Subcontinent. But Modi IS riding a tiger of extreme religion-centric nationalism and that's not a good place to be in. I don't think Pakistan ever had such a leader. ZAB was the last truly independent civilian PM in Pakistan but his was an ideological/socialist govt focused on rebuilding Pakistan after 1971.

Onus on us is to keep adding multiple Pakistan GDPs each year and have the last final laugh down the road. Modi gets that more than any previous PM, that is what truly rankles the Pak bobbleheads in this forum....whatever their "title" may be.
