Truth is not subservient to your desires. Comparing state and central elections is silly. BJP must have gotten a good share in UP during LS, does not mean it would be repeated in state elections, neither will Mayawati win zero seats. LOL.

Kejri was a non-factor in LS, obviously not so in Delhi elections. Just as many issues for J&K would have been not relevant to central elections but would have been for state.

1.) It's effect on decision making should be minimised.
2.) The hot-heads should be barged out so that the NDA gov. doesn't loose popular support of the remaining Muslims.
