we didn't see the ottoman forces in Tunisia as occupying forces but as liberators from the Spanish threat the intervention was authorized by the prince of tunisia back then against the rule of his father and the occupying Spanish froces but with time tunisia gained it's own autonomy and the ottomans didn't like that so they forced the algerians against us and they won at the first war but in the second they lost and tunisia regained control and algeria fell to the french occupy

That's right, the Ottomans aim was not to take over any of those countries but to protect them against Spanish and Portuguese. The main aim of ottoman was to take europeon territory and move into Europe.

I believe its only fair that current India is considered as the legacy to the British India. Not to take anything from soldiers of current Pakistan, but I dont see Pakistan PM going to Israel and laying a wrath for "Pakistani" soldiers who died in WW1. Just like Russia is to Soviet Union, India is to British India. Atleast wrt to WW1, when the idea of Pakistan didnt even evolve, its only fair current India is appropriated the legacies of British India, both positive and negatives.

You could argue that India, as a nation state (as per modern definition), didn't exist as one entity with singular administration/control over the geographical area that we call India, today. But it is absurd to claim that India didn't exist before 1947 just like Pakistan didn't exist!
