Indian punjab is mostly cultivated land like wheat,rice,sugarcane,cotton etc and so tree tsunami not required as basically agricultural products based on trees like Rubber,Mango,Cashew,Coconut etc are less.Most of trees in India comes as natural and not planted one.In fact Punjab and haryana have greenery with cultivated land and water distribution

In cultivated areas, trees surrounding fields is a good thing for a start.

So Modi launches a healthcare plan that can potentially improve the lives of hundreds of millions of people in rural areas, and Pakistanis are crying about how India copied it from Imran Khan despite the fact that several Indian states have had it for years.
