I suppose congratulations are in order to Modi for being such a fervent supporter of the Israeli arms industry (https://www.timesofisrael.com/israel-sold-5-7-billion-in-military-hardware-in-2015/, https://thediplomat.com/2017/04/india-israel-conclude-2-billion-missile-deal/). Oh wait, the same said arms industry that is arming the armed forces slowly kicking Palestinians out from the region. Mahmoud Abbas, as the PM of Palestinians sir, you are a true genius . Who is next in this queue Lieberman?

Anyway did you expect the Arab world let alone Muslim world (have in mind that all Muslim countries have relations with India - look no further than to Iran which is building strategic ports with them on their own soil - yet to see Arabs do that) to boycott India and ignore that it even exists when Pakistan does not even do it? All while Pakistan has normal ties with Iran which most Arabs consider as an enemy entity currently (since 1979 due to the Iranian Mullah's ruling it) similar to how you consider India an enemy?

Pakistan has never called for countries to not recognize India. It has called for the Muslim and Arab world to realize Indian atrocities being committed against Muslims in Kashmir and raise their voice against. We have been deluded into believing that Muslims are brothers and will look out for each other. News like this comes as a rude awakening to many who have been raised to believe ummah first.

Yes, because it cannot exist in this era (modern-day states) as states by default will always prefer their own national interests. For an Ummah to exist, the entire Muslim world should become 1 entity and that is unrealistic and impossible currently. This include Pakistan. From the perspective of Palestinians, what has Pakistan done for them? You are a nuclear armed state but you have not threatened Israel even once. Your leaders helped kill Palestinians in Jordan. Why exactly should they even like your leaderships? Yet in reality, most Palestinians have no hatred towards Pakistan or Pakistani and consider Pakistanis to be their Muslim brethren. Yes, they know little about Kashmir and South Asia (its' even worse among Northern African Arabs) but they are not to be blamed for that. It's the job of Pakistan to highlight Kashmir if Kashmir is seen as a Pakistani cause. Not outsiders.

What I am objecting is the focus and obsession about Arabs here while 1, they have been the second closest and most trusted allies of Pakistan together with China and moreover host the largest Pakistani diaspora in the world and are the cause of one of the largest income source of Pakistan (remittances from the GCC) which in return feed millions of Pakistanis in Pakistan itself. Only remittances from the West are even remotely comparable.

Why am I yet to see a single Pakistani user here complain or even address some of those facts that I mentioned in post 14? It's like a taboo. However when it is about Arabs, then its a Swedish Buffet. Here all the frustrations, complexes (yes, I said it), blame games etc. can be used at full swing. You will receive pats on your head from those same pseudo-nationalists that are nowhere to be seen when other supposed allies are doing the same or even at a greater level or worse, the Pakistani leadership itself.

Even funnier, people do not get that most Arab countries (Muslim too) are ruled by dictators who most locals have a lot of complains about.

And the favorite thing is that somehow Arabs do not look at Pakistanis as Muslim brothers and sisters. Arabs just happen to host the largest Pakistani diaspora in the world (while others could have been easily preferred) and Arabs and Pakistanis (in the West) generally having cordial ties.

Allow me to consider this as a slight freak-show of some sorts.

I love the Arab people and culture. But not their leaders. I don't hate our Arab brothers and sisters.

I never said I DON'T believe in the Ummah but CURRENTLY it is not feasible. IF & WHEN ALL Muslims believe in it then and ONLY then can it come in to reality. IT CANNOT COME into reality by ONLY Pakistanis believing in it.

Also the Ummah cannot exist when Arabs hate Iranians or when indian so called "Muslims" have a deeper pathological hatred of Pakistan than even the sikhs or hindus.

Arabs and Iranians do not hate Pakistanis more than Indians.

Usually Arabs (the Gulf ones) think better of Pakistanis when compared to Indians.
