Prove it, or even provide any evidence which even supports this statement. (And read the posts).
Here is the evidence that show Iran bought the passive radar from Ukraine and even upgraded it.

You said Nuclear EMP, any kind of Nuclear device detonated in a countries territory is considered a nuclear attack, then the US gets to turn your country to glass.
Unlike your government, We're not interested in killing any innocent U.S citizens, not to mention they're more than 6.2 million Iranians living in U.S.
There are two kind of EMP, Nuclear and Normal. But none of them are lethal for live organs. Simply we have the ability to send you back to the stone age without killing even a fly.
What delivery systems? Are these the 'super duper ultra missiles that can reach anywhere in the world'. You know the ones that were photoshopped to make it seem like there were loads in the tests and actually failed the tests, dropping out of the sky part way through their flight? What missiles does Iran have that can reach mainland Europe, let alone the US?
Yes, But thats not what you think, Iran mass produce these misslies (100 units per year). for almost 19 years now. You know, Missile has life shortage both liquid and solid. and simply one of those missiles fuel was old, when it didnt launch they have changed it and launched it, took almost 2 hours, then mixed the smoke around the missile with photoshop, so everyone could think all of the missiles were launched together. I hope you understand what im saying! It was completely unintentional. But it was nothing compare to the defence minister of Israel who were inspecting the troops through binoculars with the lens caps on! same happend to the Bush!
How are you going to block the ships? Your missiles are no match for the defence systems of Western military vessels, a lot of work has been done against mass attacks by speedboats (mainly by the USN). Are you going to mine it? Do you have any idea about the minewarfare capabilities of the USN? It would take them a day or two to clear a path for ships through the straight and around a week to clear all your mines.
I think war with Hezballah has shown to us how "Defence systems" of the west are capable by almost destroying that super-dubper Israeli battleship!
Israel: We have destroyed the Hezballah missile capabilities!! (Then what was those 300-500 katyusha on the Israel soild every year?!). not to mention Short range missiles!
Have you ever heard of "Hoot"?
Hoot (Persian: حوت; Whale) is an Iranian supercavitation torpedo that travels at approximately 360 km/h, several times faster than a conventional torpedo. It was test-fired successfully from a surface ship against a dummy submarine during the Iranian military exercise "Great Prophet" ((پيامبر اعظم(ص on 2 April 2006 and 3 April 2006.
The official Iranian news agency IRNA claims the torpedo was produced and developed by the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی. Most, military and industry analysts have concluded that the Hoot is reverse engineered from the Russian VA-111 Shkval supercavitation torpedo, which travels at the same speed. But there is not evidence on that.
(Clip available).
Iran has built several Mine launcher vechile three years ago. Capable of launching "Mines" to the sea from the coast. 23 mines per hour! (Per unit). But disarming every mines take around 5 hours for every disarming units (2 hours to detect them 3 hours to disarm them (this is because U.S army is capable, for France and others its take more than this!), in the "combat" it takes more than 7 hours). U.S already has 2 disarming units in the Persian Gulf.
Training is different with a real combat, I assure you Iranian navy wont go anywhere near the U.S navy! not before targeting them with the coast-to-sea missiles first. Dont forget we have more than 10 submarines, stealth craft and ect... Even midgies self-destruct submarines.
Here is the picture,
Your Navy is tracked at all times when ever out of port and all your subs are trailed, they could be sunk on demand.
Or really? How did your satellite managed to track our submarines under the water? I think something you just said suit U.S navy more than us!
Your land based systems would be dealt with by land based air strikes and the CVBG's that would pour into the area to bomb the crap out of Iran (it would be war by that point). I'm sure Israel would join in the fun as well.
Oh wow! An Iranian did some work on the B-2!!! Surely you know all the technology! Oh wait that doesn't mean that you do, it just means you may have an idea of one small part of it.
We're on top five in the Electronic warfare according to defencetech (Google it!). and dont ever think one of your cruise missile will get to their targets!
Since he did the main work of avionic and aero i think he should know. (BTW did you know director of the NASA Mars project is also an Iranian?! ).
It seems you are the Brainwashed one mate.
By watching west media? no not yet! (I dont watch any state run telvision).
How is the Kolchuga system the best in the world? There are more advanced and more powerful systems out there, so what makes this one the best?
And big wow, your F14's have out of date IRST systems that the US made and knows all the details of! Just having a IRST system does not mean that it can take on a B-2, actually a quick question how many F14's does Iran have left in service and what condition are they in? I know most were cannibalised for parts and the missiles they came with (AIM-54's most notably) are not longer fit for service, but how many are actually still flying?
I just quote those words! But maybe it is because of its range and capabilities in detecting any stealth objects.
For the record, We have upgraded those IRST systems, we have also changed the codes of the missiles, We have around 70 operational F-14A but they're being replaced with 4th Generation of Saeqeh, You have heard wrong about the cannibalization, In the last year prade 70 units of them were flying in the sky up and running. What AIM-54?! Its retired mate! (but i think we have around 200 units in the inventory, since they have been produced in Iran until the recent years). and being replaced with that 100 Km heat-seeking missile (Which has no name yet!).
To remind you, U.S has a strategical base in the Indian Ocean, where they keep those strategical bombers! forgot its name! 6 years ago one of those fancy B-2s were flying in the Iranian airspace, around Zahedan (Its located in Baluchistan of Iran). its been detected by one of those radars and two F-4 escorted it out of Iranian airspace.
This should be good for a laugh, so please tell me about the Iranian armies new capabilities.
If you're interested to watch a clip from Iranian army i can leave the link here for you but its belong to 4 years ago. but you can see everything i have said in it!
And here is all info regarding to S-300:
Iran's status regarding the S-300 system remains controversial. They seem to have acquired an unknown number of S-300PMU-1 missiles in 1993, maybe even 300 recently from Belarus.
In 1993, Iran procured an unidentified number of S-300PMU-1 missiles from Russia. Kuwait expressed its own interest shortly afterward.(12) According to a 1993 report, the S-300PMU is being marketed extensively, particularly in the Middle East.(13) The following year, Hungary received its own supply of Russian S-300s: the deal paid off Russias $800 million debt to its former Warsaw Pact ally.(14) In November 1996, Mikhail Timkin, deputy manager of the Rosvooruzheniye state arms export company, bragged that he had found two more buyers for the S-300P: Cyprus is in the bag, weve wrapped it up completely. It buys only our weapons now. We have even got into NATO, can you imagine? I am in charge of Turkey, and I can tell you that Turkey is now buying weapons from us.(15) A few years later, Greece was added to the list.(16)
