the guy is leaving on 18th august - that has been confirmed ---so the chances of two Ranas flying out on same date, same flight are very rare ----

Looks like ticket has been cancelled. If you enter in the correct information. The message says 'problem with booking, contact Emirates'.

If you put in random incorrect information, you get a different message of 'booking not found'.
