A women in islam if she is seeking a divorce can get khula also in her niqah nama she can also have the right of divorce if she says so and Islamically her husband still has to provide for he's kids from her and lets see how hinduism says to treat them they are outcast and that they should be burnt alive.
Khula is different from talak. Khula is requested by wife while talak is given by husband with or without her consent. Don't worry about Hindus we've proper arrangements for divorce according to modern civilised law. Unlike some sharia shitty law that mullahs used to control & exploit muslim women.
I wife can give divorce if she wrote it on her nikah nama more like you don't follow your religion properly at all but then decided to attack another religion that gives more rights to divorced women then their own religion btw I don't like talking bad about hinduism as my ancestors centuries ago followed it so I hope I did not offend you.
