not much better, but somewhat better.....recently when a few boys from a Bihar village wanted to write IIT exams they were asked to give up their studies. They didn't and actually got through Engineering (I think IIT), they were stoned when they were coming back home to their village. Their family was boycotted. Dalits are not treated well everywhere but I know that in no part of Kerala will this happen.

There is no Congress ,only IUML ,Mani group and community quotas .
Also their vested interests .

So far Gujarat is better than most of the NI states according to some Christians works in there .
