I just posted the video, the content, and title is not mine.

Btw, the jets don't need to be locked, The Mirage was trailing the F-16 for the whole time. He had his cannon selected, and cannons don't lock. Only missiles can be locked.

First things first. The title is misleading. The version of Mirage in the video is not 2000-5, but the regular Mirage 2000EG, which was the old Mirage 2000.

Secondly, the newer Mirage 2000-5 Mk II is clearly superior to F-16 block 50.

Thanks for the info but how you get the idea that cannon was selected?

The circle that you see in the HUD is visible when the cannon is selected. The symbol changes when a missile is switched to. Also the trailing line suggests that the cannon was selected.
