They are tho, id say that's a conservative figure , out of my student aged friends in Islamabad , uni and college , at least 60% have tried drugs and do so on a party basis , with 30% permanently addicted

He is one of the best and a honest man! He was right about Islamabadis where the most morally corrupt and fahash youth exists. 70% of the rascals are zina khor and drug addicts including girls who have a majority.
