Foreign Office Spokesman Nafees Zakaria says bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and Russia will certainly help to establish peace and tranquillity in the region.

In an interview with Radio Pakistan, he said that a deal to procure military helicopters from Russia is likely to be concluded soon.

He said both Russia and Pakistan are very much concerned over security situation in Afghanistan and are unanimous in dealing with this issue jointly to restore peace.

The spokesman said India wants instability in Afghanistan to establish its hegemony in the region, especially with regard to Pakistan. Regarding Kashmir issue, he urged India to stop brutalities being perpetrated by its forces over innocent people in Occupied Kashmir. He said over 6,000 people have become victims of pellet guns and the world should take notice of this crime against the humanity.—INP

What pakistan needs is hokum or havocs. With manufacturing rights. Mi35 are good but easy to hit

As Pakistani media is best with coming up with news which have already taken place so I won't be surprised if they are talking about 4 helicopters which we are already going to get in 2017. Personally I am hoping that we should evaluate MI-28 and if it passes test go for it.

.
Look forward to Russian Helicopters in Pakistan Aviation
