It doesnt have to be a direct occupation. Your gov is a close friend of america, they recieve money from americans, they provide all sort of logistic support to the americans. americans receive most of thier supplies through pakistan(military and non military i think) to fight in afghanistan, there is black water presence in the country. TTP is fighting to bring Sharia Law in pakistan, america is actively bombing Paksitani soil, what else do you need to declare a jihad?

Agreed our government is supporting ISAF but majority of nation is not in favour of government .

Lets go accoring to your theory of occupation. americans have occupied afghansitan and pakistan gov is supporting them, supporting a Kafir in occupying a muslim land is Gunah, as you said it is the gov not people of pakistan, that is my point, if the gov is collaborating with Kafirs, then it is our duty to launch jihad first against our own governemts because they are the stooges of those kafirs. and how about those drone attacks? isnt it an assault against a muslim land and killing muslims?

But the Taliban are giving the excuse to the US to 'bomb the crap out of the country' are they not? If the Taliban decide to participate in fresh elections held in another year for example, and call for certain reforms to be implemented to make the system fairer and less corrupt, then they would call the 'US bluff', and if they are really that popular, win the elections.

Democracy is the government of the People by the People for the People.
I Believe Democracy they want in Afghanistan will be effectively off the people buy the people far the people.

Muslims can only be governed by Shariah system, Khilafat.
History is the proof.

Shariah system and democracy are almost the same.
In Islamic countries the earlier is interpreted wrongly and the later is implemented wrongly.
I will prefer the real Shariah.
