These would be for the plateau. If we want to go down to South Asian plains, we would need to first complete our railway from China to Pakistan (close to Lahore) and to Nepal, currently under construction and then deploy them in military bases in those countries (if political conditions are satisified).

As far as I know were building the rails and infrastructure from Xinjiang into Northern Pakistan should be completed soon.
