Its not an exodus, it's economics and the social situation in the country which is sadly in a state of flux.

There are enormous social problems within Israel.

The liberal Jews see a losing battle against the ultra-Orthodox and conservative crowd, given the immigration trends and demographics. Generally speaking, Western European Jews tend to be more liberal; whereas Eastern European and other Jews tend to be more conservative.

There is also a festering ethnic feud between the Ashkenazi, Sephardic and other Jews, with the Ashkenazi (European) Jews claiming that they have been doing most of the heavy lifting in building Israel, and the others are getting a (relatively) free ride.

This is not to say that these problems are significantly worse than other countries, but discussing them should be a legitimate topic without ignorant fascists shouting anti-Semitism at the drop of a hat.

Israel defines itself as Jewish and democratic state, but a state can not be a democracy and based on racial purity (ethnocracy) at the same time. Especially now that Israel controls West Bank, rendering it a de facto one state, but do not grant the Arab citizens of the West Bank equal righs and social justice.

Israel is founded, based on a political movement (Zionism), which is nationalistic and atheist movement in nature.
David Ben Gurion was short sighted when he made a pact with these Haredim, whom are conservative religious fundementalists. He would give them all these government benefits, as long as they remain loyal to the state or dont oppose it.
Only reason he included Haredim to Israel was because of their insanely high birth rate, which would help Israels demographic balance and maintain its Jewish purity.

But now that they are growing in population and in number at rapid pace, they will increasingly be an economic and social burden on the state (no work, no military service, huge amount of government benefits). I would not count out civil war

Israel has too many internal contradictions to be able to sustain itself as a viable state, in the longer term.
