Maryam Nawaz undergoes 'successful throat surgery' in Geneva​

PML-N leader doing well after three-hour surgery, says information minister Marriyum Aurangzeb.

PML-N senior vice president Maryam Nawaz has undergone successful throat surgery in Geneva, Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb said on Friday.

In a tweet, the information minister said the PML-N leader was doing well after a three-hour long surgery.

“Maryam Nawaz thanked the people and workers who sent messages of prayers and good wishes,” she added.

Aurangzeb on Wednesday had said that the PML-N leader would return to the country in the third week of January.

On her return, Maryam Nawaz would assume her new responsibilities as 'chief organiser' of the party, the minister said in a tweet.

The minister had said the PML-N vice president had gone to Geneva from London for her surgery accompanied by PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif.

Mota Nawaja got Maryam out of Pakistan because they were planning a hit on Imran
Khan and wanted her out of the country if shit hits the fan.

Mota Nawaja has a history of running away whenever Pakistan goes through a hardship.
He ran away in 2011 when Raymond davies was released, even Shoebaz went to London
as well. He faked a heart surgery but when they came back Showbaz told media that
Nawaz just had a checkup.

Then they saved this heart surgery topi drama for when the Panama leaks happened
in 2017, mota Nawaja's depression and heart problems kicked in again. This time
the media was reporting that Nawaja is having heart surgery but instead he was
