Mismanagement of a big city which contributes much to economy of the country isn't justifiable but a display of bad governance and will lead to unrest which can be exploited by opposition.

Funds produced by Lahore should be spent in Lahore (repairs; development) first and foremost, and if there is room to spare then the remainder shall be diverted to other regions. This is how things should be.

Baaki regions mein kon say mahal kharey kardein hain CM nay? Why should Lahore suffer for other regions? Is Lahore the only city that pay taxes in Punjab?

My research is in the domain of governance and I have uncovered so many ideas and pointers for how to develop regions and improve livelihoods. If I can learn so much then why not a bloody CM?

1 crore people concentrated in a city = huge amount of needs and urbanization challenges.

Will you sideline needs and issues of 1 crore population base to cater to much smaller population bases? How is this the way forward? My question stands: is Lahore the only city that pay taxes in Punjab? The other 9 crore do not pay taxes?
