He is accusing PTI of preferring one biradri over the other and neglecting central punjab but the strategy I think pti should follow is simple

Step 1: Divert funds from Lahore into districts that actually vote for pti in the last year

Step 2: Mobilize OSP votes in battleground districts

Step 3: Voting machines be used so the stupid counting could be done in a matter of minutes instead of hours
