The late Mian Shareef bought the Mayfair flats in 1993 for the Sum of 7 crore rupees(35Rs/£). During the same year, his Ittefaq GP posted a profit of Rs 2 billion before tax.
After his death in 2007 MNS sons inherited the flats as per the agreed division of the inheritance.
