More sad to see no one in the spectators trying to help the poor guy, instead someone recording was waiting for the tiger to eat him. they could have made a rope by tying 4/5 pants together and tried to pull the guy up. Could that have saved hi?, don't no but it would have been a lot better than to just watch the guy helplessly mauled to death.

Tiger was standing right in front of him, so there was no chance of pulling him out. as any movement would have made tiger to attack him. What I am saddened about is the fact that zoo officials/guards didn't had tranquilizer guns handy. They could have shot him but even then I am not sure that would have saved the man because an injured tiger would have hauled the poor man down anyways. I feel sorry for the parents of the young man and his wife.
