What I see in picture is a damage on prefab. structure... which is NOT built on site.... but its surface quality shows, its built in some non certified setup. Therefore, I'm sure if any sort of quality control was in place in its construction, it may have stood its structural integrity for centuries to come.

The loading bars for the surface above and the Pre-fab structures were all built on site...and then assembled.

Ask anyone living in Pindi/Isb at the time and he'll tell you that. One site was at F-9 turn if I recall correctly.

Kindly take an English language course from some academy, and then reply. There are some pretty good ones available online...they'll help you improve your sentence structure very much.

I didn't witness its construction.... if it has happened, it's clear what went wrong.
You don't can simply build heavy load bearing prefab columns on road side.... go check this with any American Engineer of your choice.

How many PM's have been executed because of a bad constructed building by a construction company in India, China, Germany, France, the UK???? Anyone of you genius people have examples? People have been killed unfortunately due to bad construction, but doesn't mean the PM or the CM is sacked, let alone executed. And here you smart people are, thinking, this is a good option!!!!

You want to help the diseased, you go file a legal complaint against the builder and let an investigation determine what happened. And then the construction contractor should pay for their mistakes and in severe negligence, lose their license and compensate the victim's family. But IK's followers extremist ideology says, let's execute IK's opponents over it, versus getting to the facts and find out what happened and punish the company who built this thing.
