Are you sure the structure which got damaged was a concrete one and not the metallic parts within different joints and all? Care to show a Civil Engineer's report backing your claim up?

RIP to the dead, if the investigation proves any wrong doing, the diseased' s family should take the builder to the court and file for millions of damages due to the loss of life, and to fix whatever came up in the investigation, free of any cost by the builder. The legal system exists to take care of these problems and that's why you have the courts.

That's corrosion.....in the US, places like Florida and Louisiana get this stuff a LOT due to heavy rains. They should file a complaint in the court against the builder and seek damages. One thing I am sure of, this damage wasn't done by NS or SS or some "member" of their family . For all other matters, follow the system, file the complaint with the respective department and if the builder doesn't fix it, go take them to court.

I am personally about to do something like this on a property I bought and the builder is refusing to fix damages that showed up rather quickly. And I live in America!!!! Point is, this happens everywhere. Doesn't mean I should start blaming our government for it. We have a justice system that work, and there is one in Pakistan too. Use it for your advantage!!!

Gov spent billions of taxpayer money on it and it works well. But these falling pieces are just unacceptable when the project is less than 12 months old. This project was executed by SS and he claimed all the political mileage as well. So yes, he is personally responsible for the death of this young man. People have every right to be mad at the government for failing to ensure quality.

And there is no comparison between your private property and this public project.

My facts are together. Your education isn't!!! And this isn't a personal statement. You just indulged yourself in a highly engineering related field, such as Metallurgy, Civil and Chemical engineering. So your opinion is "gossip", till you tell us you have expertise in these areas as a Practicing Engineer. Otherwise, you and your cousins are using a dead human for political purposes and that's very third class. Like I told you in a different post, if you had chest pains, do you want a cardiologist or a nurse to treat you? The first one. Metal works under plenty of weather and pressure related conditions, such as Oxidation nd Humidity (one of the reason why that power plant in Nandi-Por went out was due to Oxidation and Rusting of the machinery from the inside). Iron, or Ferris or Fe (in Chemistry) then has multiple forms like I-II and I-III, so on and so forth, and its deeply influenced by the environment.

So unless any of you propagandist on here have a Degree from a School of Engineer (like the UET in Pakistan) around Chemical Engineering or Civil Engineering, its useless for me to explain anything beyond what I have. You live in Karachi, you should know how metal gets rusted so quickly!!

Honey, I am probably one of the most qualified persons on here. I don't brag about it.

I've already explained to you in the first post with you about what Iron is and how it works. That was a VERY Engineering explanation I studied years ago and its the same. The Iron or Ferris or "Fe" hasn't changed nor has the concrete so refer to that post, instead of wasting my time doing your propaganda and arguments.

Dear Viper, this is serious structural damage on prefab columns.
Clearly low quality construction at all over the picture... however, your post makes complete sense.
Instead of cursing, proper procedure should be followed first and if that doesn't work than blame the system.
I even suggest before cursing NS, curse those who are on record saying.... they want to fix every thing with same system.
I fully support, that every deal with local or foreign contractor should be transparent and all data related to public projects be available on internet.
Death of individual is unfortunate but process of audit should be demanded in all public works or work from public money.
Problem here is APDA treaty.
