What's new

Making Rohingya stateless.

Less people are likely to feel sympathy at what happened to Chinese in WW2 now as China is looking like a hypocrite as regards Rohingya.

I know, they will use the Rape of Nanjing as a political tool to attack China, just like on this forum, in the post above right?

Meanwhile Bangladesh throws the Rohingyas back to Myanmar to die. And they pretend to be angels.

Bangladesh and Myanmar are hand in hand in the murder of the Rohingya.

RSS has given option to adopt hinduism to Rohingyas refugees in india to become citizen or face deportation.

Err no Rohingya will be sent back against their will as per agreement.
If any Rohingya is forced to go back against their will then I will be the blame BD as well as Myanmar and China for what has happened to Rohingya.

No, it is Myanmar and it's protector China that have blood on their hands as regards Rohingya. BD has opened it's doors to over 1 million Rohingya and is seen by most of the world as their saviour. Shame as I expected so much more from China, a country that suffered on an unimaginable scale at the hands of the beastly Japanese army in WW2.

Well that is the third time you are referencing the 20 million Chinese that died during WW2 (something that I have heard countless times on this forum, but the first from a Bangladeshi). Even though it has nothing to do with the topic, so I guess your prediction came true?

Well now Bangladesh has the ultimate chance to save the Rohingya. They can put their money where their mouth is.

They can do what China did for the hundreds of thousands of ethnic Chinese refugees who fled Southeast Asia in the 1980's. Even though back then we were much more poor than Bangladesh is today on a per capita basis, and had far more people to look after.

But the Bangladeshi government has already made their stance clear. They officially want to throw the Rohingya back to Myanmar as soon as humanly possible, which is no different from killing them yourself.

You are not answering the point I am trying to make here
The point is that China keeps going on about Japanese atrocities in WW2 any chance it gets and then supports a regime in Myanmar that does the same in 2017. That shows it is being hypocritical.

What has what China done in 1980s anything to do with the Rohingya issue? The two issue are completely different.
Did BD support the regimes in the 1980s that expelled Chinese in the 1980s? If it did then you would have a point

Blaming BD for what Myanmar and China have done to Rohingya in Myanmar is a real low on this forum and a shame to see this from a member like yourself.

I am done now with this as you refuse to accept Chinese culpability in this crime against Rohingya and are trying to blame BD instead.:cheesy:

Almost as low as using the atrocities of the Imperial Japanese Army in WW2 against innocent Chinese civilians in order to score a political point?

Also if I'm not mistaken, it is Bangladeshis who are blaming China for the crimes of Bangladesh and Myanmar towards the Rohingya.

Simply because Bangladesh refuses to take any responsibility for the Rohingya despite them being Bengali Muslims, refusing to give them citizenship, permanent residence, or even official refugee status despite multiple requests from the UNHCR. Throwing them back into the slaughter house is no different from being the one who actually slaughters them.

Like throwing a fleeing Chinese refugee family back to the Imperial Japanese Army during WW2. Since we can't stop using this analogy.

This is really my last post as I need to make forum members aware of the BD position on this.

For the record, Myanmar and China are being held jointly responsible for the crimes against Rohingya.
Myanmar for committing the crimes and China for providing total support to the regime.

LOL @ BD being responsible for what Myanmar and China have jointly done to Rohingya. This has no precedence in any criminal law in the world unless Chinese law is different to everyone else's.

Well here is how the posts went in chronological order, I think you can see for yourself who started blaming who first:

Geopolitics was never about morality or principles, it was only about hard power (economic/military) and the willingness to use it.

Myanmar is getting away with this because they can. And Bangladesh is doing its best to alienate itself from China over this episode, which is another win for Myanmar.

The Rohingya are being used as political pawns by all sides, no one really has any intention of helping them. I.e. By giving them citizenship, permanent residence, or even official refugee status.

China did manage to make a deal with Myanmar regarding the Kokang, who were accepted back as Burmese citizens. But I don't think that will be possible with the Rohingya, certainly not anymore.

Will all due respect this post seems like an attempt to excuse China's total support of a vicious state that has engaged in mass killing and raping of a defenceless minority.
How would China feel if people started making excuses for the brutal murder and rape of millions of Chinese by the savage Japanese army in WW2?
