Indirectly he will be helpful. Relaxing restrictions on China (compared to Trump) will help CPEC get back to full speed, and Iran sanctions will likely be lessened hopefully this means I-P pipeline will go ahead considering last time it was blocked by KSA who is out of favor with Pakistan. I'm not sure how he will continue with Afghanistan but hopefully he will choose to end the war.

Yes Afghanistan is only uncertainty.
Trump hypocritically turned a blind eye to Kashmir issue. Democrats though openly opposed India. Now not sure when in power how they will take Kashmir issue.
For India overall biden is definitely not good.

India is more important for USA
We need to realize that and be reaslistic and focus on economy
We should be glade and be overjoyed if USA remains neutral on kashmir as this would be a diplomatic victory for pakistan (if usa remains neutral)
Pakistan is also no longer desperately dependent upon usa weapons
We have plenty of avenues in europe and china
