拉合尔至木尔坦高速公路北起旁遮普省首府拉合尔，南至该省木尔坦地区的阿卜杜勒·哈基姆，是巴基斯坦白沙瓦至卡拉奇高速公路的重要一段，全长230公里，双向6车道，设计时速120公里，合同总额近100亿元，由中铁二十局和巴基斯坦一家公司组成的联合体以EPC模式建设，采用美国技术标准，并使用了先进的智能交通系统，是目前巴基斯坦现代化程度最高的高速公路之一。该项目是贯通巴基斯坦南北交通的大动脉，对促进当地经济社会发展具有重要意义。
