Long March of Taliban Towards Kandahar City

. . . . .

That last one made me chuckle. :D

Bro, I am from generation of Pakistanis who treated Talibans as their own boys. After every friday prayers, you will see them outside mosques in Karachi collecting "chanda", and people used to donate generously.

When Musharraf and his "enlightened" gang abandoned them to face American daisy cutters, it felt betrayal of Pakistan itself.

Seeing them gaining back their lost power, is satisfying.

Will love to see what happens when talibs take over the aino mina area of kandahar 😂😂

. . . . . . .
In recent days the Taliban also captured key districts in its former bastion of Kandahar. The fall of the strategic Panjwai district in the southern province of Kandahar has further weakened the govt defences for the City. The province of Kandahar is the birthplace of the Taliban, which went on to rule Afghanistan until being overthrown by a US-led invasion in 2001.
Thousands of Taliban foot soldiers are marching towards Kandahar City from all directions.
Rag tag goat herders off to war in their slippers and night gowns.
