London Bridge attacker identified as Usman Khan

When you live in ghettos, and as closed mafia, this is the end result, which explains the state of Pakistanis in UK.

On the subject, looking at the case history, how UK released a terrorist, make the case suspicious.

In another incident one Iranian vandalized various mosques of Pakistanis in Birmingham.

When a British citizen of Pakistani descent attacks with knife, he is British. When mosques of British of Pakistani descent are vandalized, they become Pakistani mosques.

Those Mosques in UK were attacked by Iran, because of their connection with people of Pakistani descent, not because those were British citizens.

If people still can't see that there are active efforts being done in Pakistani social media, to hide the news, than they are very naive and should refrain from starting any discussion on this matter.

Hate of Indians and Iranians towards state of Pakistan is no secret.

I don't know why you think the Iranians hate you. Your PM does not think so. Which is why he bothered to go to Iran to broker peace between them and Saudi Arabia. I don't think most Pakistani on this site think so either.

Iran and India don't want any peace. It's against their purpose of existence. Sooner people realize it the better it would be, this includes both Saudi and Pakistani rulers.

Metropolitan Police on Saturday identified the London Bridge attacker as British national Usman Khan, a 28-year-old male from Staffordshire.

"We are now in a position to confirm the identity of the suspect as 28-year-old Usman Khan, who had been residing in the Staffordshire area. As a result, officers are, tonight, carrying out searches at an address in Staffordshire,” Assistant Commissioner Neil Basu said in a statement issued past midnight.

Khan stabbed two people to death and left three injured a day earlier in an attack that caused fear and panic across the city as residents revisited the spectre of terror returning to London.

"This individual was known to authorities, having been convicted in 2012 for terrorism offences,” Basu said. “He was released from prison in December 2018 on licence and clearly, a key line of enquiry now is to establish how he came to carry out this attack.

He added that Khan was shot by specialist armed forces and died at the scene.

"The circumstances, as we currently understand them, are that the attacker attended an event earlier on Friday afternoon at Fishmonger’s Hall called ‘Learning Together’.

He added that police believe the attack began inside before Khan left the building and proceeded onto London Bridge, where he was detained and subsequently confronted and shot by armed officers.

Who is Usman Khan?
In January 2012, Usman Khan — a British citizen born in the UK — pleaded guilty to engaging in conduct in preparation for acts of terrorism contrary to section 5(1) of the UK’s Terrorism Act 2006. Khan was among nine men charged with conspiracy to bomb high-profile London targets in the run-up to Christmas in 2010. At the time, the men were described as an al Qaeda-inspired group that wanted to send mail bombs to various targets and launch a "Mumbai-style" atrocity. At the time of his arrest, Khan lived in Stoke-on-Trent, a city in central England.

At the time, a hand-written target list found at one of the defendant's homes listed the names and addresses of United Kingodom Prime Minister Boris Johnson — who was at the time the mayor of London — two rabbis, the American Embassy and the Stock Exchange. The British police counter-terror operation which led to their arrests was the biggest of 2010.

Khan was sentenced to detention for public protection with a minimum custodial term of 8 years — a sentenced designed by UK authorities to protect the public from serious offenders whose crimes did not merit a life sentence.

Offenders sentenced to an IPP are set a minimum term which they must spend in prison. After they have completed their tariff they can apply to a parole board for release. The Parole Board releases an offender only if it is satisfied that it is no longer necessary for the protection of the public for the convict to be confined. If offenders are given parole they will be on supervised licence for at least 10 years. If offenders are refused parole they can only apply again after one year.

2010 bomb plot
The judge who had examined the sentencing appeals of Khan and the other convicts in 2013 had said: “At some time, the accused each became a committed Islamic fundamentalist, believing in jihad, that is to say, they wished to support and commit acts of terrorism in furtherance of their religious beliefs. They came to the attention of the security services who monitored them using covert surveillance techniques and devices and were able to effect their arrest prior to advanced steps having been taken to implement their plans.” He also noted that although they were from different parts of the country (Stoke, Cardiff and London), the groups managed to meet together.

The judge had also said that the Stoke defendants, which included Khan, were recorded discussing terror attacks overseas. On December 15, 2010, Khan had been monitored by UK authorities in conversation about how to construct a pipe bomb from a recipe referred to in an Al Qaeda publication.

Authorities also heard Khan seeking to radicalise another male and making clear his intentions to travel abroad to a training camp which outwardly appeared to be a madrassah. The Stoke group, which included Khan, were to fund the camp and recruit men for it. The court noted that “Khan expected only victory, martyrdom or imprisonment.”

Of course, we already knew it will be "Usman" and "Khan"( Sadiq Khan is done now, he is a terrorist, in fact the knife used by this Terrorist was given by him).

madrassa mentality. wrong ideology of Jihad. Bringing change through killing humans.
All this is not required.
That Usman guy came with a knife(a kitchen knife will be better than that knife) in hand and with fake suicide jacket(Fake jacket means, I am sure dead but they will have full excuse to kill me). I mean what was he smoking before doing that(or something was given to him on regular basis, like Hashishain used to create Zombie suicide attackers)? And do you really think its Islamic ideology or even wrong usage of Islamic ideology? Or its the enemies of Islam who stage such dramas and then Zombie media of the world tag that picture and writes whatever they like against Islam.

Whatever happened in UK is not our business , its between UK govt and It's citizen. My concern in every terror activity first think Pakistan get labelled from somewhere. Even this kid never seen Pakistan, it parents must be poor working class people. Where both parents work long hours to bring food and good future for there kids.
It is the responsibility of UK govt to keep eye on such activities and there citizens. Who born and raise in there schooling system.

The police said they "believe the suspect is wearing an explosive vest". If that's the case, How did they know?
Then,
Why did the police shoot the suspect at close range knowing that the suspect is wearing the explosive vest, Knowing that, the police on shooting they could have triggered of the explosive creating catastrophic damage and lives when the traffic on the opposite side was at standstill with drivers and passengers in their vehicles. Also, did the police not think of their safety or that of their fellow officers at close range. On shooting the victim, they were quick to say the explosive vest was a hoax. It didn't take long to say that, so, did they know in the first place it was a hoax? Whether it was a hoax or not should the police not disable the suspect by shooting at legs or arms rather than shooting in the abdomen where the vest is.

This guy Usman Khan was in jail a year back, under terrorism act. They only released him 1 year back after reducing his sentence and then they put him on tag so they knew exactly where he was and was going, they must have had him under surveillance as he was a known terrorist sympathiser and a member of Al Mahajourin group.

So it's a huge question mark on how he was able to carry out all this?

Hahah another false game going to start keep aware only Muslims on the target all around the world...

People need to see through the mist... there is always a bogie man ... previously it was the Soviets in the Cold War and now it is Islam which is an easy target nowadays.... intelligence agencies have all sorts of crazy people ready for these sort of attacks... whenever govt need to divert attention or attract attention to something they use these tactics.

But, if this guy is born and raise in UK, then he should be addressed British muslim. Instead making a Pakistani origin headline. Where Pakistan has nothing to do , but such type of headline gives wrong impression.
No one refers to Sadiq Khan as Pakistani-origin London Mayor.

Uzman Khan was known to have severe mental illnesses. This fact will become apparent.

There's no conspiracy for God's sake, it's happened enough times all over the world (particularly in Muslim countries) why is it so shocking?

Some people will argue that the earth is flat and as if its our job to prove it to them.

The fact is this is a failure of the authorities, of family, of society and of the social services. This guy is obviously a nutcase and no one - not his friends, family, or the authorities managed to contain him.

The real problem are the people who use unstable people for their sectarian games.

I live in Birmingham and there are always stabbings here - Its a common occurrence in the UK. This doesn't surprise me.
