If you don't eat most of the 40 K Crore Tax that Delhi provides, you may be able to set up apart a tiny sum to subsidize some water and electricity.

All legalized colonies in Delhi have water connection. Those Blue tankers are for non-regularized colonies. It is the biggest reason that regularization is such a huge issue in Delhi. It enables colonies to get piped water connection.

And Okhla industrial area is not qualified to get domestic water connection. And did you really lived there? It is absolutely filthy and is made up of factories. I had gone there a year ago to get my Laptop repaired (Samsung). On main road there are showrooms and in interior, there are commercial establisment. It is not a place where anyone lives, legally.


Or were you talking about Okhla? Okhla and Okhla industrial area are different.
