Dude, there are very serious issues in the way governance is done. Like I was telling @ranjeet the other day- Delhi's per capita availability of water is amongst the highest in the world, yet it is water starved- you know why? Coz Congress and BJP legislators have cut off last mile plumbing to starve people of water and then use their water mafias to sell them the water (the water is usually illegally taken from Govt. dist centres). So water you are supposed to get freely from govt- you actually buy at a premium. Is this fair? The Electricity pricing offered to AMbanis is unbelievable. I think only California under Enron has been swindled worse then Delhi. Does your idea of bad governance not include this? Are you suggesting that AK taking the fight on these issues is wrong? Our admin is incredeibly shitty. Tell me will any of this stand in the UK? You know they'll kick the c**p out of any party that does this. Then why do you think it should be different here?
