India should buy more equipments from the US as we can provide the most advance hardwares. Even our export versions, which is not as good as our domestic ones, are even more advance than European and Russian offerings. India should forget about TOT and just rely on US weapons and nuclear umbrella. There would be strong ties between India and the US and no one would dare to invade India because of US protection. For example, if terrorist attack Mumbai again, US will revenge for India.

It's the other way around! Are the USA a country that India can trust (sanctions, close partner of Pakistan, sending carrier against us in the past)?
