how soon if you think within next decade 2020-2030 than i have to say sorry to you, Solid fuel is extremely incapable to carry heavy payloads (few hundred KG at max) Liquid fuel LV have a capability to left heavy payload but their development are more complex and takes more time then solid Fueled LV @MM_Haider
