First train, arm and support terrorism in the neighborhood so that the terrorists could kill innocent people in their thounsands. When the victim country starts winning than start making all sort of audacious claims such as helping the victim country to win.

Here are the things India must do to redeem herself for the cross-border terrorism she has been sponsoring in the neighborhood for decades:

1) Appologize publicly and officially for the support of cross-border terrorism she has been spreading in the neighborhood

2) Hand over all those responsible govt. officials who have sponsored, trained, armed terrorist outfits such as LTTE, Mukti Bahini, BLA, TTP etc.

3) Compensate all those victims of Indian terror in the neighborhood

• People were taken to Dubai or to a third country from where they were taken to India
• Their passports were never signed or stamped but they were given entry by showing a paper
• In India, they were blindfolded and taken to RAW training camps
• Some of the trained people have been killed while others are in custody and some are still out there causing havoc and terrorism
• People in custody have given confessional statements and narrated their training process.

The reason why the 3 nations you mentioned have survived & not been broken up is the fact that having suffered more than once and realised that ' a man must be spoke to in a language he understands ', they are proactively keeping 'an eye' on the likely trouble spots.
