Lies of IAF in 1965 Indo-Pak War

PAF had only 1 squadron of F-86 that were equipped with AIM-9A which had only 10% accuracy which were designed to engage slow moving soviet bombers not fighters. Starfighters were by no means a dogfighter which were mostly used for rec and deep airspace penetration. It was IAF that was numerically and technically superior with Hunters and Gnats. Both fighters replaces F-86 in Royal Air force and India is complaining that PAF 1940s F-86 were superior to IAF.
lol INDIOTS

IAF had Mig 21 in 65 war that was far superior to anything PAF had but still they are whining about having "inferior aircraft"

.
My Father remembers that in the 65 war, all india radio announced that iaf had "completely destroyed"...ya ready for this?

To be fair PAF starfighters were superior to early variant of Mig-21 but were not a good dog fighter.

.
From PAF historian Kaiser Tufail's book:

No of aircraft destroyed on ground by air raids during 1965 war:
IAF: 35
PAF: 1

But how the tables turned in 1971;
No of aircraft destroyed on ground by air raids during 1971 war:

PAF: 8 plus 1 Mi-8 in East Pak.
IAF: 2

In addition PAF was forced to abandon 11 F-86Es & 2 T-33As at Tejgaon airbase after IAF damaged the runway beyond repair

not really...

In east Pakistan there was a single sqdn against 200 IAF planes of all types... it was an immpossible odds. In the west where ratio was more balance PAF ensured not a single major town fell all air bases were operational .. IAF results were as usual less "impressive"...

a 40 V 92 kill ratio...

so how long are you idiots planning on oblivious to the fact that 71 was a civil war and that your victory was given to on a silver platter by 52% of a rebellious Pakistan and not earned through war fighting? cuz when it comes to actual war fighting minus a civil war, you have never had any hope of winning... ;)
^^^ from one of your own upper caste monkeys. :enjoy:

Wrong.
Get your directions right first.
Also IAF lost only 65 aircraft including helicopters and light planes.

really?...

92 is a confirmed number independent military analyst like Ravi Rikye who wrote the book "The war that never was" ... 114 planes is what PAF actually claims

you are welcome to believe what ever your tinpot government tells you.

Because in 1971 war IAF had much more superior Mig-21 Su-7 and their air bases were protected with SAMs. PAF fighters were all a generation behind IAF except for F-104 which were less then a squadron strength.

IAF could not even destroy a lone F-86 squadron in East Pakistan and in fact they lost more planes in east Pakistan then they could destroy in air or ground.

.
Is it not true that the war was started by Pakistan with the aim of taking IoK? If so, can it really be said that India "lost" the war?
