looks freaky!! This is a modification made my Libyan Rebels, using Helicopter Rocket Pods as a vehicle mounted weapon system.

Libyan rebels drive a truck mounted with a rocket launcher salvaged from a Russian attack helicopter near front-line positions, on April 6, 2011 near Brega, Libya. Wiring from the launcher leads to a battery and a firing mechanism.

The Libyans are making all kinds of improvised weapon systems for the war.

A 76 mm cannon is removed from an BMP-1 turret to be fitted on light jeep.

Libyan rebel fighter cuts metal from a destroyed Qaddafi tank to be used as armour for light vehicle

and here is what you got:

Civilian vehicles are transformed into armoured vehicles, armour plates are fitted around the vehicle.
