LHC does it again! That freaking court seems to be anti-Pakistan or seems to be running on rishwat!

Imran khan should dissolve the assembly and let the caretaker govt come in for the time until this all court judges and other corrupt terminated.

half the time caretakers are also corrupt...CORRUPTION seems to be in the blood of many that you get rid of 1-2 ...20-50 walk free!

Rishwat, they just followed Islamic law of diyat, He killed 6 people, but he paid diyat blood money to all families , 5 million per family. How can Lahore high court deny blood money law, either change it or follow it, these are only two options.

1stly ISLAMIC law of diyat means they should have QAZI not British court/ laws/ rules!
2ndly, ISLAMIC law of diyat is optional not a must!
The reason for diyat is forgiveness which even in the 21st century is preached as relaxing the soul ...I dont know if you see/ read in West courts where parents "forgive" killers of their children and so on....Forgiveness is the key...the money is compensation if the child/ family member was earning!- something you were told 1400 yrs ago but failed to understand because no gora told you until this century when psychologists and hindu sindus are telling people on ways to comfort the soul! GOD damnit some Arab in a desert told it to you 1400 yrs ago but you were to proud and slave mind to accept it until a gora will tell you the same, right?
3rdly, the family can refuse and nothing the court can do!

However everybody knows abid raza kotli background as he is LEJ terrorist. Google his history.

Diyat is asked from the family if they wish to accept it and forgive WHEN THE TRIAL is going on NOT when the murderer is convicted to death sentence!

No he cant...He was sentenced to death not on trial...sentencing was already given...Since Pakistanis dont know their Islamic laws they allow the court to screw them like the dummies they are (i.e. you)

The Chief Justice of Pakistan and tge Supreme Court have a set of guidelines within which they can act. They can't simply fire lower court judges or legislate new lawsas they see fit.

The lower Judiciary is also protected by laws intended for balance of power. That is why it took such a long time and effort to fire Justice Sadique after his open deviations from the rules and norms expected of people in his position.

With regards to the Islamic law of Diyat or blood money, I don't know how the legislation has been worded in our law but Islamic Jurisprudence does not make it absolutely binding upon the state to allow this.

The state reserves the right to deny forgoing punishment if it sees allowing a peraon to get off would hurt societies interest. For instance, if a judge is murdered, the state can exercise this right and punish killers even if the family is willing to accept the blood money.
