On whom students throws shoes.... Ex are nothing but SH1T. he not in power anymore. World has changed. Malaysia was close to china when he was pm but now no longer any country give a damn about china.... Dont dance on what EX has suggested.... Better grow up....

I think you just contradict yourself.

When I first read yours, it seems that you do not like his words of "being less democratic" since you call him a tad crazy.

Well, later, you want Malaysia to follow Singapore's system. Don't you know Singapore's democratic is really a lot less democratic than those in U.S., U.K. and even in India???

I said his recent statements as in the OTHER statements he has made recently have all been crazy. He's been talking about some mock trial for Bush and Blair for their supposed war crimes around the world, when there are a lot more pressing matters in Malaysia.

I agree with this statement of his though.

And yes, I'm a strong proponent of following the Singapore system for Malaysia. Less democratic but more efficient.

No contradiction there.

Let's not kid ourselves here what India has is demockracy not democracy. The social development of it's society is not at the level where it can produce a meaningful and productive government of this form, it's as meaningful as Nigerian democracy. The problem India has to realize is it's not the form of government but the people itself and the people they put in government.

+1 on the demockracy.

tell that to the American people ...outside wall steet...

I get ur point ...i really do ...
but the fact remains tht any type of system run efficiently can easily do the job for any economy...

any system ,be it capitalist autocracy or literalistic democracy when under the pressure of inefficiency will eventually strt being hailed as examples of weakness.

The more a government goes outside the control of the people the harder is the fall when they eventually turn inefficient.
