No, it is not BYD Bus. It is actually a normal ICE (internal combustion engine) bus, but not sure whether powered by diesel or natural gas. Curious to know how North Korea solves the engine issue. Maybe they keep a big inventory from China's Weichai or Yuchai before the hard sanction happens to them.
