my school was not co-ed it was a boys secondary school and fights were so common that they happened throughout the day. But there was an old church with a old historic graveyard which we called the 'boney'. most fights happened there after school. The good old days.

This fight is not really a fight. its just a few scratches at best.

Exactly, now imagine if someone was recording all those fights and turning into an issue of national conscience. No internet in our childhood was a blessing. You fight, lose a teeth, get a bloody nose go home tell your fam it was just a football injury and the next day gather everyone you know and give the other guys a bloody nose too. No need for the cops or parents to get involved.

They were hitting / slamming her head, plus two girls were sitting on her.

They could me daughters or granddaughters. If their father and grandfather were not above the law, they cannot be either. Treating someone as equal is the greatest hallmark of respect in human conscience.

Yes the procedure of law will make the guardians of the offending minor aware of the law as well which is up to interpretation on their negligence.

If you keep teaching kids that nepotism and corruption are natural traits, you would bankrupt yourselves first before the country.

Kids might bring guns from their homes into a fight in a Public spot in anger.

What shall be done then?

Parents (and institutions) should teach their kids about how to co-exist with each other (or) how to settle scores with each other?

Parents (and institutions) should teach kids to understand Rule of Law and how to co-exist with each other, and to report to them when they see something wrong or immoral happening. This is how society functions. It is a MISTAKE to encourage kids to be violent and try to settle scores on their own in a conflict situation. Kids tend to carry these values with themselves into adulthood.

Violence does NOT solve anything.

Relax dude.. this bullying is an every day thing in schools.. not supporting but..its a norm.. the reason this got viral in pakistan is because it got viral in India. Indians have a khaarish to poke their nose whatsoever like why a pakistani girl is dancing on an old indian song at a marriage ..why the Pakistani Chai wala is so handsome ..how a girl is doing parry etc. Etc.
