Topic is about Urdu language.
I already told u ,speaking in Urdu doesnt mean,
to demean or neglect other languges.
Yes many of my older family members can speak , write & read in Farsi ,
They can read Arabic ,cannot speak in Arabic.
Topic here is Urdu,
Have an open mind & watch the video .
It might clear your dislike or misconceptions about Urdu.
I gave an argument why Urdu is compassionate , emotional ,poetic ,language.
It doesnt mean, other languages aren't.
Im in no way telling to neglect other languges ,
Or other languages arent beautiful ,poetic & emotional .as Urdu ,
or even more than Urdu. Im not denying it.
Currently ,
Im just presenting the case for importance of Urdu
& clearing the misconceptions about it.
@doorster
Stop deflecting repeatedly please, you are driving me nuts. I love Urdu almost as much as English, I've been to Pakistan 4 times, spent almost a year learning it (intensively) before my first visit in 1977
I can read most European languages due to similar scripts they share with English, it does not mean that I speak or understand any or all of them. Similarly, Urdu Arabic Persian have very similar script even number of alphabet letters are same give or take a few (Arabic is missing a few sounds like pepsi becomes bebsi ).
PM me your WhatsApp Messenger/mobile phone Number so that we may have a video call in real time in private so that we won't be tempted to use google translate. Otherwise shoo!
