Two planes were involved, which made several sorties a night over several nights. They took off from air bases in Chitral and Gilgit in Pakistan's Northern Areas, and landed in Kunduz, where the evacuees were waiting on the tarmac. Certainly hundreds and perhaps as many as one thousand people escaped. Hundreds of ISI officers, Taliban commanders, and foot soldiers belonging to the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan and Al Qaeda personnel boarded the planes.

The report was denied by the Bush Admin, Rumsfeld and the Foreign Office. No proof ever presented to sustain this alleged operation other than a Northern Alliance Operative who magically saw all the way to Kunduz Airport that Pakistani Soldiers and Arab Fighters were being loaded onto planes, even though their attacking line was 70 km away from the city of Kunduz from it's nearest point.

On 11th November Commander Daud decided to entrench his forces around the city and use American air support to weaken the Taliban. For the next eleven days, American aircraft bombarded Taliban positions, destroying 44 bunker complexes, 12 tanks and 51 trucks as well as numerous supply dumps.

21st november, Mullah Faizal taliban commander was discussing the terms of surrender with Commander Mohammed Daud (who was allegedly later assassinated by ISI operatives (as claimed by ISAF), taliban took claim the attack).

During the surrender, NA doesn't give any concession to foreign warriors, that is when the Airlift of evil was initiated, right?

The request was made by Musharraf to Bush, but Cheney took charge — a token of who was handling Musharraf at the time. The approval was not shared with anyone at State, including Colin Powell, until well after the event. Musharraf said Pakistan needed to save its dignity and its valued people.
