This kind of story, with that much insider knowledge of this particular episode clearly means that senior past and present Indian security apparatus have been extremely ruffled.

No reporter would go to such lengths without naming names to make up a fictitious story. This is either deliberately planted by ex Indian agency men or by ISI. Highly doubt the latter imo.

The Jadhav case has thrown GOI into limbo. They should have admitted he was a low level spy from the get go that would have been far better. That way it would have been a simple spying mission which most adversaries do against each other.

India by going to such lengths trying to paint pakistan as rogues and a banana Republic and then moving on ICJ has further extenuated the problem.

Kulbashan has not helped by singing like a canary above and beyond what is required. I'm surprised his RAW bosses have not trained him adequately on the being caught scenarios or as thus article suggests he should not have been hired for this kind of role in he was too much of a maverick and braggadocio which led to his capture.
