Yes. i agree. passing a bill Vs implementing is two different things. that's why i asked "what if punjab IMPLEMENT this bill after 2-3 years. can they cover this 500 years "Claimed" Gap between KP and Punjab Police Dept" ?? and nobody answered my question.

2nd , i asked @Foxtrot-Bravo that is he agree with this 500 years "chawal" and he replied me that yes it's true. there is a Gap of 500 years. I mean "REALLY" ??????? Wooowwwwwwww
PTI need to bring 5 more such bills to increase this gap to 3000 years. then we all will be proud on PTI and PTI-Logics..

becuase the question itself is stupid...You need just 3 yrs to pas a bill - from past experience...the right for free education is a bill that was passed a few yrs ago but still waiting to be implemented! So even if they take 3 yrs to pass it ....it wont be implemented...

And It is not something new...SS has been CM of Punjab for how many years now? its def more than 3 yrs and he hasnt even thought of it....let alone prepare the paper work....and most of the people in Punjab cabinet are wadera who use Punjab police as personal body guard....Show me where they even THOUGHT to fix it....Had they thought about it we might see a bill ...and if we see a bill we never see implementation - state of Pakistan esp Punjab and Sindh!
