What's going on. Why are these retards attacking babies around the world?

Because they are retards or may be social outcast drug addicts!!

Logic and sense makes no sense to them!!

With these kind of incidents happening too often, I think schools around the world should have better security arrangements!!

In the end, I just hope that these kids recover fast from the trauma and the bloody sucker gets the worst of the punishments in Chinese laws!!

People who perpetuate in crimes such as this are the scum of the earth, no matter who they are and where they are from. Children should be able to go to school without having to fear for their lives and safety from some armed madman.
