A TOP North Korean defector says he has obtained the last will and testament of Kim Jong-Il, in which the late leader purportedly urges his nation to develop weapons of mass destruction.

Kim Jong-Il apparently had a cautious view of North Korea's main ally China, saying it was "the country that currently has the closest relations with us, but it could become the country we need to watch most in the future".

"Historically, China is the country that forced difficulties on our country. Keep this in mind and be careful ... Avoid being exploited by China," Kim Jong-Il said, according to the report.

??? Kim Jong Il was advising his son Kim Jong Eun and the rest of North Korean leadership in his will.

Kim Jong Il's will is strikingly similar to Ho Chi Min's will, who advised Vietnam to have nothing to do with China for the next 1000 years. Nothing good comes out of having any relationship with China.

Sino-Korean relations have been pretty decent in past 500 years. We bailed them out of the Imjin wars for example. Maybe he's reaching further into history and smarting at the Sui invasions?

EDIT: I see Korean/JayAtl is at it again. Go get a job in the Indian Foreign service, mend relations with Pakistan/Bangladesh/Sri Lanka/Nepal, before projecting your siege mentality onto other nations.
