Kiev blocks Chinese bid for engine manufacturer Motor Sich

Look at it this way, USSR collapsed, former USSR states were poor, Ukraine was badly hit. There were no orders for the manufacturing, they would be going out of business. Ukrainian engineers found a way out by moving with their families to China and they made great significant contribution to China's development in return they are well taken care of for the rest of their lives. The legacy continues to live on in China, better China than the West which will in turn use it against both China and Russia. Many former USSR states became Western puppets so it's going to depend on China and Russia to balancing the West otherwise everybody would be bowing to these AngloSaxons.
Yes, it is better China than the West, but it is better Russia then anybody else. I am all for reunification of the Motherland.

If Russia could have provided their livelihood they would have gone to Russia. But Russia too was economically not doing well and probably had to lay off many Russian engineers too. Good thing they gave China a boost and today CN-RU close cooperation can withstand their military threats and economic sanctions. Ukraine unify with Russia won't happen, the days of re-emerging USSR isn't going to return. Gotta accept how geopolitics has shaped the current situation. AngloSaxons have always planned for world domination including taking Germany and Russia down, they were planning like a decade for WW1 to happen and Germany got beaten up a 2nd time with WW2 (a dream come true). Luckily KMT didn't win the Civil War or else Russia would be completely surrounded by Europe, China, Japan, Korea. No need to fight nuclear war, just economic sanctions would have destroyed Russia.

It is already started in 2014. If you know history Russia was divided several times but in the end it always reuniting.
Well one can always hope for the best, perhaps one day Ukraine will stop being their puppet and come to its senses and as you said will rejoin the Russian sphere.
