The fact is just the opposite of what he said. Both protrusions of the Ukrainian army have been eliminated by the Russian army. The Russian army used aerial bombs to deal a great blow to the Ukrainian army. The Ukrainian army has retreated after leaving many bodies and about 200 tanks and armored vehicles. However, the Ukrainian army is continuing to mobilize troops from the northern line to Kherson, and there should be a new round of counter offensive in September.

In any case Russia has 40-50 of these Mi-26s which have maintenance issues. Indian air force replaced these choppers with Chinooks for reliability

All 300,000 residents of Kherson are evacuated to the east side of Dnipr river. They will rebuild Kherson on the east side of the Dnipr river. The east side of the Dnipr river is connected to Crimea by road. HIMARS cannot damage ground. Humans are like ants on a mountain in front of mother nature. HIMARS is powerful, but it can only make a few holes in the ground.

Ukraine lacks of tanks. That’s why Ukraine pushing hard the west for direct delivery of tanks. If Ukraine had 500 leopard tanks Cherson could be retaken quickly.

Ukraine can get all the tanks in the world. But without air support those will be taken out. At this point in the war Ukraine doesn't have any hope of regaining any lost territories.
