Khalifa receives letter from Pakistan President

Letter delivered by Pakistani Minister of Interior

President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received a letter from Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari.

The letter dealing with bilateral relations between UAE and Pakistan was delivered to Shaikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, by Rehman Malek, Interior Minister of Pakistan, on Saturday during a meeting in Abu Dhabi.

Malek thanked the UAE leadership for their humanitarian projects in Pakistan.

Just wondering the other part of the letter what would have he asked for?

Wasn't Rahman Malik removed and appointed as Advisor to the President? Probably there is a typing error in the news.

Letter probably pertains to Zardari's eventual exile to UAE... Apparently many Pakistani leaders like to be exiled in these dictatorial Arab states, fun times...
